This Privacy Policy describes how Zeacon Technologies, Inc. (collectively, “Zeacon,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes information about you if you visit our corporate websites, such as https://www.zeacon.com/, use our client-facing tools and interactive features such as the Zeacon Platform (collectively our “Services”), or if we otherwise interact with you in a business or professional context, such as if you communicate with us via email or on a third-party platform or if you provide us your contact information at a conference.

References to our Services in this Privacy Policy refer solely to Zeacon's own business-to-business websites and client-facing tools. This Privacy Policy does not cover data handled in connection with clients’ deployment of our video commerce platform on their own websites, for which we operate as a data processor to our clients.

We may provide different or additional notices of our privacy practices for certain offerings or activities, in which case those notices will supplement or replace the disclosures in this Privacy Policy.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit an access, deletion, or correction request on your behalf. We may ask authorized agents to submit proof of their authority to make a request, such as a valid power of attorney or proof that they have signed permission from the consumer who is the subject of the request.
